Size isn't everything I've seen plenty of small compact looking bouncers do some damage to people. In ibiza this small unassuming bouncer practically grabbed a man by the shoulders and launched him up in the air and into the floor knocking him unconscious. Took a second if that.

Another occasion here in the uk i saw a small bouncer knock someone out with a swift elbow after being threatened up close.
