They wouldn't sell as many pay per views as the Ortiz fight so he actually would be getting paid less than his previous fight and much less than the Fury fight. Desperate attempt at getting publicity.

They could probably bring in a hell of a gate. I don't know how much they made from the PPV money, but boxing is ****ing HUGE in Montreal.

This offer was made about a week ago
This would sell out the Bell Center without doubt
Not sure how 20 million would be less than what Wilder is making now but wtv
To much risk , the reward not being sufficient
Mak is green as fugh but pretty damn sure he would be Wilder’s biggest test ever
I know one thing , AJ or Fury or Wilder will be ignoring calls from the 514

put a good undercard and it could sell out the Big O'

Like I said, I'll make the seven hour drive. Haven't been out your way to see a fight since Pascal/Hopkins and Ontario is **** for boxing. Closest place to see fights is Detroit.

EDIT - As for the purse, my only guess is it would be less because of the exchange. 20 mil CAD is only 15.2 USD

Nobody speaks Canadian money when speaking of these offers
Pretty damn sure it would be American
Not so sure about the Big O being a sellout but pretty damn sure they would hit 40-45000 attendance
And definitely getting a couple of known names on the undercard would boost everything

Sugar Ray/Duran was at the Big O, wasn't it? Part of me feels like the Forum was way too small for that event but it was also a few years before I was born (Fairly sure my dad went to that fight though)
