Who is next big thing in heavyweight division?

I remember back, when Wilder and Fury were still fringe contenders. Nobody thought they could become top 2 of main 3 guys in division. Fury was dropped by Cunningham and Pajkic, he seemed to be chinny and lack power for this division.

After performance against Hammer, Fury was seen as a huge underdog against Vladimir.

Wilder has always been a KO artist but it is easy to look good when you fights club fighters. I remember I mentioned on another forum back in 2012 that Vitali should fight Wilder and everybody laughed. People started taking him seriously when he stopped Laikhovich and Scott.

We have now Efe Ajagba and Dubois, but both of them are hyped already. Maybe they are not even future top contenders. My question is, who is dark horse in division?

I’m not that high on anyone tbh.

Hrgovic and Ajagba are too one dimensional and slow as fu.ck. Dubois is heavy landed by trades and eats too much big punches against bums who’re slow as fu.ck. He needs to improve a lot. Yoka has no chin.

The top guys aren’t that old except Wilder. AJ just turned 30. Fury is 31/32. Dillian Whyte is 31. Parker is 28. Ruiz is 30/31. So I except them to dominate for the next 3-4 years.

Tony Yoka is some how (well not really, it is because he fights mostly in France) underrated and overlook and is not mentioned at all when discussing that next crop of Heavyweights on the rise BUT he has the most upside/potential IMO along with Dubois and Hrgrovic. Yoka can potentially be a COMPLETE fighter

Disappointed he went Pro so early but the Kid Arum just signed, Jared Anderson, has a TON of potential

Also the Heavy Handed Uzbekistan Heavyweight Bakhodir Jalolov is a name to Remebber, I think it is complete BS that he is even allowed to still compete in the Amateurs despite already turning pro but regardless he is a good fighter

I can only go by the boxers they show me on the fight channels I get. Efe and Dubois look good and might be able to KO the top guys, none of who are exceptional in my opinion. Wilder would be very dangerous for them with his solid chin and mighty straight right. They both have a lot of power and are young. Ortiz hurt Wilder so maybe they could KO Wilder. Both of them could easily KO AJ or Fury if they can land there bombs since they don't take a punch as good as Wilder. But I may be overrating them now because they are untested against good opponents.

Clearly Hrgovic is tops against them all right now in the next 2 years ,he's better then Ajagaba and Dubois who are the most consensus two to be the next big thing though I think Joyce can defeat Dubois at least now . theres a multitude of talent coming though but for now Hrgovic giving the chance would swoop wilders title right now and has the long term threat more then anyone in the spot light of present ,so he is the real deal now. I think he will pose the biggest threat for AJ if they fight and when they fight.

I think if Dubois has a chin, he will be.
