I think Beterbiev loses UD but its possible Beterbiev manhandles him.

Canelo would impose a penalty like Jacobs, yet Danny waived it off and paid the fine. Beterbiev has the opportunity to KO Canelo with a clause as well.
So the question is, can Beterbiev beat Canelo with the 10lb morning limit he always practiced before gaining the WBC with unification?
As far as weight clauses, Canelo and his people always deny everything till it's proven. I don't know how many times Kovalev got weighed prior to the fight or any other special requirements Kovalev had to meet to get paid and I'm fairly certain we will never know but that crap takes a lot out of a fighter, especially an older one. You can't deny that Kovalev looked weak as a kitten
Maybe you don't care about special weight stipulations so long as your guy is on the side that it benefits. Personally, I don't think the a-side guy should be able to buy special consideration in a title fight. If it doesn't bother you, then it doesn't bother you.

Canelo fought Kovalev at 175lbs, no catch-weight. The rehydration clause was fair at 10lbs the morning of the fight. I'd expect the same for Beterviev.

I recall when fans claimed Canelo was 180lbs+ on fight night when he was fighting at 154 If that were true wouldn't all these rehydration clauses affect him as well. Regardless, it's hard to find facts regarding fight night weights and rehydration clauses.

Was the clause in Jacobs fair? How about Fielding? Okie I said, it’s more forgivable if it wasn’t every damn fight.

Canelo fights with Catchweights or Hydration Clauses:
Carlos Baldomir
Matthew Hatton
Alfredo Angulo
Erislandry Lara
Miguel Cotto
Amir Khan
Julio Cesar Chavez Jr
Rocky Fielding
Daniel Jacobs
Sergey Kovalev
****, the only big fight he didn't hit someone with a hydration clause was the GGG fight, and he failed PED tests for that one!
but yeah, something about the LDBC....something about the IBF....something about DAZN. Gotcha.
Why didn't you add Mayweather to the catchweight list? And at least for Cotto, he picked the weight.
