Don't make me laugh. A kid on an internet forum like you was not privvy to any details of the where and when of that deal. All we know for sure is Wilder offered that money up front to AJ, but AJ deemed the fight too risky so ducked him, Hearn prob had a say too, knowing that Wilder would knock his head off easily, so they ran away scared with all the BS excuses in the world.
