Let’s just see what the scales say, it can sometimes be difficult to judge how much weight a heavyweight has lost or put on. Angles and lighting make a huge difference.

If he has the right balance of training components required to win and the periodisation is spot on he wins, he will be much improved I have no doubt .

This is the work harder approach,, sometimes that's all that's needed. In this case, I think AJ has given up on the gorilla act and going for movement, so the weight loss and long, lean look make sense. Can a robot change his gears without a loss in torque? Will his stamina improve or his power suffer by this new look? I think it's a desperate move.

I actually predict that both guys have overcooked it in training, and as a result? There is a possibility that both fighters will be up and down like a yoyo in this rematch.

One of the main reasons why Rid**** Bowe lost to Andrew Golota in the rematch, was due to over training etc I kind of sense that both fighters Ruiz Junior & Joshua has over shot the mark in training. 'If social media did not exist, I doubt this would of happened' both teams have been influenced by the media's constant scrutiny of both fighters conditions in the first fight.

That's the Wilder fan base worried about hair ,teeth and muscles. Puzzies. Cant wait until Wilder fights to just to see a chance he loses to come back on here after if that happens meanwhile you got a 6'7 dude braids his hair and states he wants to get pregnant and they salivate over that . lol
