I had it 6-4 for Kovalev, but there was a round I definitely could have scored the other way so I was basically scoring it 6-4 or 5-5. 6-4 Canelo is something I’d have to watch the fight again to justify, but it’s not crazy. Canelo was winning the 11th and would have likely won the 12th, so my card would have ended 6-6 or 7-5 Nelo.

The judges at ring side have a much better view of the fight though and they can hear and feel what’s really happening a lot more than we can at home.

Yeah Kovalev was ahead by 6-4 or 7-3. Incredible KO by Canelo

Not to sound bitter, but I'd be a little bit su****ious about PEDs...if not - just incredible

I watched it with foreign Commentary, I thought Cannello was walking him down at will and catching him with counters when he wasn’t.

Kova is a shade of what he was and should hang the gloves up, he should have been shoving and bullying him all round the ring, in if anything Cannello looked stronger.

Or maybe the agreement was that Canelo allows Kovalev to win on points until the 11th round, and then Kovalev needs to open himself up for Canelo’s power punches? Right?

Why didn’t Gatti, another fighter McGirt trained, threw virtually no power punches at Mayweather either? He just jabbed, jabbed, jabbed and the few times he tried anything else, he got caught. What is it with McGirt fighters and the jab obsession? And McGirt fighters being in on fixed fights?
Kovalev was winning by shutout until the fix kicked in....shameful.

Kovalev was seen as the best jabber at LHW but then decides to half commit to his jab and pitty pats for the entirety of the fight????

The same Kovalev is again see as one of the biggest punchers in LHW history but completely forgets to throw his right hand at???

                Give me a fricking break.

He was given the script that the fight was going to go 12 rounds and the scores would be close and he could fight again on DAZN with dignity for another 7-figure payday

Canelo was given the script to go for the kill as soon Kovalev began to wilt. This way it does not look so scripted.

That KO was legit but no way did Kovalev expect it. I bet he thought it was going the full 12 rounds with a 8-4 or 7-5 scorecard. A guy with financial and legal problems like Kovalev is easy prey for cartel sharks like Golden Boy.

Hell No! WInning how, Jabbing at Canelo Gloves

I actually agreed with Chris Mannix Card and had Canelo up by 2 Rounds. The bigger guy was backing up and couldn't hurt the smaller guy moving up at all. Never going to get a win over Canelo like that lets be honest...ESPECIALLY IN VEGAS!

Kovalev was ahead on my cards but the tide had turned. I had him 2 up after 10 but Canelo was charging. I didnt want a draw but Kov certainly didnt look like he had it in him to win either 11 or 12. I have not seen any official cards but i presume Canelo was winning the fight according to those.

kovie was ahead, marginally, with Canelo coming on stronger and stronger.
