Well you were half right... they'll both need sunglasses to cover cut and swollen eyes - though Taylor's was a bit worse.
Taylor was the rightful winner in the end though, so will see the bruises as a price he was happy paying. Great fight though and close, I had it by 7-5 (same as Scene's unofficial card).

I agree. Much respect to both warriors. I had a close one going to Prograis but I am good with the decision.

I've always thought that with the subjective nature of scoring in pro boxing, you have to apply a 2 round margin of error to account for differing judging tastes. A narrow decision either way or draw would have been fair; one of the official cards was a bit wide for my liking though.
Maybe the 2-round swing should be a measure implemented on officiating judges? If one had more than a 2 round difference to the other 2 then they should be sat in front of a public board of inquiry. Nobody wants to see any more Adelaide Byrd situations tarnishing the sport.

I agree. That one called was ridiculous but I agree with your assessment. Those two warriors went at it and unfortunately one has to lose because of a person's viewpoint. Honestly I don't think either boxer lost in the eyes of the public. Looking forward to both fighting again in the future.
