Not even close to the same thing, man. Ali's little phantom punch barely landed and wasn't a devastating shot with power behind it. Ruiz hit AJ with power shots that would knock a wall down.

It would make sense but I think fighters have huge egos and wouldnt want that first 0 on their record. However.....

AJ was acting really weird after the fight though like he didnt care ect. Maybe he threw the fight with Ruiz so he didnt have to fight Fury or Wilder and could just make a fortune on a Ruiz rematch.

He is making more in the Ruiz rematch than had he won and 1. fought another cab driver, 2. fought Fury, or 3. fought wilder.

It would be a brilliant plan, rematch the obese mexican uber driver Ruiz for more money than fighting Fury or Wilder.

These guys only care about money. Fury has even left the sport to play fight in the WWE for the money.

They’re making a $H!T LOAD of money on this fight.

Most of the posters here are so naive and have their favorite boxers sausage so far up their ass they don’t even realize it.
            It’s like kids here.

There’s enormous money and corruption in sports.
            It’s a business.

              What?

              You seem insane.

              But this is NSB.

              You'll fit right in...

Andy Ruiz causing big upset for bettors to pocket loads of money, and the potential to set up a 2nd fight and pocket even more.

As we all know, or at least avid sports fans know (not the casuals on NSB) sports are rigged and fixed more times than we’d like to believe.

                  What is your take?

I believe if Joshua wins quite easily, then it’s possible it was.

And remember, it doesn’t take both parties to be in on a fix, for there to be one.
You know, i keep thinking of the wierd illuminati friends he has, the whole British Airways advert where he gets hit in one of hes eyes. How you have to make a sacrifice to get what you want in these celeb circles. He did look odd before the fight, and he did look relieved to have lost at the end. Maybe i watch too many Professor Grif videos lol.

Having yourself punched senseless and embarrassed doesn't really seem like the best approach to fixing a fight or continuing to build a profile for that matter. It turns off sponsorships, lowers projections and overall popularity. It could have ended his career entirely
