The fact that he walked through Gvozdyk’s combos like they were nothing and patiently broke him down was a sight to see. He threw away rounds and took combos to land big painful shots that paid off down the road

He’s a guy who doesn’t waste movement or punches, everything is with purpose and reason!
Add to the fact that he admitted he didn’t train very hard for this fight should let everyone at 175 know they need to up their game!
You have to hurt that man and make him respect your power!
I think if Gvozdyk had faster footwork and a stronger clinch he may have won but no excuses!
Pretty much everyone expected either Artur KO in the first 4 OR Gvozdyk on points.
Gvozdyk was figuring out Artur in the first 4 or 5 rounds when Artur was literally just walking him forward.
What threw people off... Artur went back to his amateur days and started moving his feet and his body... like something just clicked...
and now the boy can both Box AND has power.
He was still getting tagged and at least once he was buzzed by Gvozdyk... but Gvozdyk let Artur survive...
I definitely think, as much as I like Bivol, Artur KOs Bivol....
Bivol is a GREAT boxer but i don't think he can take as much punishment when he does get caught... though yes, he would be much more effective at boxing Artur than Gvozdyk was.
Artur vs Kovalev would be an EPIC fight... as there is so much animosity between them... especially as Gvozdyk and Kovalev are closer friends.

It’s crazy to see how one fight can totally change a lot of people’s perception on Beterbiev, who most people just assume was just a come forward one dimensional slugger when he’s in fact a powerful boxer/puncher.
