Beterbiev is a straight caveman. He is a machine. Hell of a fight.

I thought the better overall boxing came from Gvoz in most of these rounds, but that body work in particular from Biev really started to take its toll from 6 onward and then Beter pretty much became Beterbeast there in 10 and his pure boxing ability is somewhat underrated if anything based on this performance. Great showing from both. It'd be hard to dispute Beterbiev as division king right now.

Beterbiev earned his spot and debut on the pound for pound list!
Cong**** to the #1 175 fighter in the world, Kovalev is #2!
Let’s get Beterbiev vs Bivol next year or Beterbiev vs Canelo vs Kovalev winner next year!

If Gvozdyk was a better conditioned fighter he would’ve won that fight. Still very impressive how well he could take some of those shots, I thought he had a border line glass chin.

Gvozdyk's stamina was not so good... He lose a lot when sat on power punches during mid rounds. Better he'd box and keep on distance and body shots and lighter combinations. You can't trade with Beterbiev.

Both showed chin.
Beterbiev showed way to much respect this evening
I’ve followed him since the beginning and way to bad that his career was derailed by promoter problems
But that’s done now

But Ward has always said that Gvozdyk was lacking something and he didn't like his temperament in certain moments. That proved to be true and he ended up getting worn out and had his will broken.
Good fight, terrific performance from Beterbiev!
