A .15 BAC, for a man 180lbs (Spence is likely well lighter than that, but let's use that as the mark anyway), puts you at under 7 drinks.

7 shots, 7 beers, 7 cups of wine, or a combination of 7 from the three.

Now, I don't drink and drive (admittedly there was a night, years ago, where I did overdo it, ended up going to sleep in the back of my car, woke up still drunk at 4am, and carefully navigated the way back to my bed), but 7 beers putting someone out is quite light, lol.

Like i said previously, this is a time for him to reflect. This could have been worse for him/his family and other families in there had been any other persons around.

That ship has sailed. Spence is done at the elite level. They will try to con the public that he isn't with 1-2 "tuneups" against journeymen who cant punch or have subpar skill. Do you honestly believe after this he will still fight Garcia next?

Someone actually said to me that "What was wrong with that statement"... Which just shows are some of these idiots are on here. I didn't even bother replying to the message.

First DUI, BAL that was below .15 (less than 7 drinks in the system), where no one got hurt but Spence a bit and the car he wrecked? gtfoh.

I think it all depends on the severity of his injuries, i honesty believe that his injuries might be worse than stated. Just to protect his future bouts, they might not want to reveal anything to do with his hands, jaws, ribs etc

But if he indeed has zero physical injuries then yeah he might not be affected afterall.

As I did work in that field and told you about my Texas client in another thread, I see now that justice and the law are not equal for everyone by what I read in that article.

                will not comment anything else.

To all the dummies that are about to lecture me about sensitivity. Save it you sissy.

First, I'm not his father. Second, Spence beats men with his hands for as profession. Lastly, boxing is a sport that pays millions to see two men punch one another until one is rendered incapable of defending themselves. Boxing is not a sport for snow flakes so stop acting like one. If Spence doesn't want to face Crawford he should just come right out and say Terrance is too dangerous and then fight someone less dangerous like Danny but don't expect anyone to pay just to see Danny take a guaranteed loss.
Crawford isn't worth 50/50, Crawford knows it, so as long as Top Rank keeps insisting on that, he can just go on ahead and keep looking to sell the Kaviliauskas's of the world as "good competitors with nothing to lose" while the rest of the sporting world says "who?!".

Spence-Danny is already pencilled in as FOX's first PPV of 2020, making it his third PPV fight in a row.

Arguing that Spence is somehow losing money is a failing argument

I’ve known boxers, MMA fighters, swimmers and ball players. Most have spent their entire lives since their teen years training. In some cases 2-3 times a day everyday for years. And when I say train I mean train. This is all they do and nothing else.

Most are socially awkward and have also been under a spotlight, from their trainers, to the public, to so called friends and family pushing them from behind as well.

29? Means absolutely nothing when it comes to a pro athlete. When one decides to finally have a little fun after a little success some do childish things. They blow off a little steam after years and years of pressure of being ridden from teen to adult having never experienced what we’d consider a normal life. Walk a mile in their shoes then come back and report that experience. Do I condone what he’s done? Hell no it was a bad choice. But let’s please step off that pedestal you’ve placed yourself on. The one that anoints you the saint of errorless youth.
Excuses. Tell that to Floyd never had a drink in his professional life. It' called being a professional. MMA is nothing like boxing MMA fighters don't have to get anywhere near the shape as elite boxers do to be successful. Dude is 29 almost 30 years old he's not some 20 yo kid.
