Fury is a mischief maker, he is constantly taking the pish out of the boxing authorities, other boxers and journalists. He is having the time of his life and getting paid to mess around.
He will push it as far as he possibly can.
I have no problem with that at all, but why sit there and call yourself the "lineal champ" and talk that much trash about other champions like Joshua and Wilder who are fighting top10 guys with an actual pulse?

He talks as though he's accomplished more then both of them, has a better resume, and they're cherry picking but he's not.

Both Wilder and Joshua have a resume x10 better then Fury does, it's not even close. Especially Joshua. Unfortunate that Povetkin tried to cheat against Wilder, not Wilder's fault.

Yet Fury is the loudest talker who claims to be the real deal while the others aren't. Even though he ran from a Wilder rematch to do exactly what you just stated, fight tomato cans. Then he almost gets stopped by one of the tomato can while losing 4-5 rounds, incredible.

I was being sarcastic. From all evidence presented, it's been a failure as they have failed to lure any good heavyweights to sign on the Hope's of fighting Fury nor has Fury become a fan favorite in the US.

No Surprise! Nobody heard of Otto Wallin!

Hey Bob and ESPN, stop wasting the budget on Fury and use that money to get Loma and Bud some big fights ON ESPN!

You could have fooled me. AJ sells out soccer stadiums in the UK. But he also fights top ten guys, unlike Wilder and Fury, who both have half of the arena comped at their fights hahahahah

Wallin is a highly skilled southpaw with great training behind him and would prove very difficult in a rematch again. Everyone has very bad style match ups and fury happens to be wilders besides hrgovic. .
what does wilder have to do with these numbers???

Read the article for once. Why you guys continue to be foolish on here , you would see it brings up opponent level of why it may have done poorly.

the bottom line is that the event didn't sell well... no need for excuses... no need to try to tear down others in the process, it just happened.

The fact they were able to sell over 3,500 tickets with an average price of $280 is pretty impressive. Fury must have some loyal fans that made the trip to Vegas. His gate surpasses his last fight in Vegas even though it sold more tickets. I think this went as expected.
