Comments Thread For: Andy Ruiz: After Joshua, I Want Wilder or Fury Unification

IBF, IBO, WBA, WBO heavyweight champion Andy Ruiz is very motivated to have a full division unification in 2020. On December 7th, Ruiz will face Anthony Joshua in a rematch in Saudi Arabia. Back on June 1, Ruiz dropped Joshua four times to capture his unified crown in the seventh round, before a shocked Madison Square Garden crowd in New York City.

That would be the perfect scenario. But nothing seems organised with the Wilder/Ortiz rematch, they seems to have an issue with that fight. Fury is now cut and would need to heal. So not sure if he too wants to risk going for Wilder next.

Wilder vs Fury will be no sooner than April... Therefore, Andy should fight again before getting the winner... I guess...

Gotta beat Joshua again first, and that’s not a guarantee by any standard

A lot of experts claim Ruiz fought his best fight and that Joshua did not fight his. So unless it’s all mental Joshua tweaking skill set a little should win. No fighter should discuss fights passed the huge one now

Good ambition but eye on the task at hand. AJ will or should at least be like a woman scorned.
