So what? Older equals better. There are plenty of guys who turn pro later and go nowhere. That's a BS point.

Hindsight is always 20/20. A lot of posters on here were actually picking Rigondeaux to beat Lomachenko despite Rigondeaux moving up in weight. They argued that Rigondeaux’s skill set was so good, that the size difference wouldn’t matter.

Fact of the matter is that at the time, that was a huge fight to make and at the time, Rigo was on a lot of people’s P4P list.

The Rigo win was a solid win.

Let's demand tougher fights, not compiling trinkets.
Yes I can agree with that I would like to see him get tested more.

Im not going to say he’s the best boxer we’ve ever seen or that he’s a certified ATG already, but I recognize that he’s been pretty impressive.
That dude is too far gone. Wow.

I personally did not, but I know that a lot of guys were picking him. He was not a huge underdog really.

Okay. Did you know that to this very day there are still people here who think Amir Khan would beat Floyd Mayweather? And yet Floyd beating Khan would do absolutely nothing to his enhance his legacy. People making delusional predictions doesn't change reality. I'm not a hater. I do give Loma his props, he did what he had to. But the fact of the matter is Rigo was old and extremely undersized at the time. It was a solid win for Loma but not a career defining one.
