I mean it was a good win. Maybe not great but Loma cant be held responsible for lack of available talent.

True, Loma isn't responsible for a lack of available talent. However, it's not unfair to judge him according to the quality of his opposition. In this case, he beat a guy @ 130 who had never fought in the division or even at the division below. Mayweather gets TONS of scorn for having fought Marquez @ 147. I see no reason why the same can't apply here.

He fought Linares straight away, Rigo, Gary Russel Jr, Rocky Martinez, Nick Walters, Sosa, Pedraza, and is now fighting Teofimo Lopez straight away.

The only really solid wins on that list are GRJ and Lopez, IMO.

Loma ducks nobody and takes on any challenge regardless of promotional company.

And if you think his resume is lacking...ask Gervonta Davis, Ryan Garcia, Devin Haney, etc.

I'm by no means denying that Lomachenko is a good fighter or has a good resume. That said, the debate is never about whether or not Lomachenko is a good fighter. The debate is always something silly about if he's an ATG or comparable to legit ATGs or if he's P4P #1. He CLEARLY doesn't have the resume to be P4P #1 and certainly not an ATG.

This is such a false narrative that it had to be addressed.

Loma winning a world title so early is for 2 reasons

1-he turned pro at 25, had 6 quasi pro fights under his belt, and was backed by a powerful promoter who got him the title shot ahead of others who had fought professionally longer.

And

2- he is highly skilled fighter with an incredible work ethic developed during arguably the greatest amateur career ever.

The bias is the Loma fans that focus only on the 2nd reason and pretend the 1st one doesn’t exist.

No one is upset that Loma is great. And let’s be clear what you are really saying ( but too cowardly to just post it because you know it’s untrue) is the non white fans are upset that Loma is great. This is absolute BS.

Posters are upset that Loma gets elevated by posters such as yourself into a class of fighter his career hasn’t placed him in.

No one denies he is arguably the top p4p fighter in boxing. The problems start when posters (many of whom have been banned for racism) put him on the list of ATG fighters when his career hasn’t warranted it.

im not even talking about world titles. they are a dime a dozen nowadays, i'm talking about the level of competition he's faced in his first 10+ plus pro fights. Call it what you want, but amature fights are amature fights. They dont necessarily prepare you or even translate to success in the pros.

you really think he ducked pac? first of all they arent in the same division. you just got done saying how rigo and loma werent in teh same dvision yet loma is a ducking a guy in a division hes never fought in? also that fight was offered after pac had lost to jeff horn. that would have looked really bad win or lose. oh he beat the guy who just lost to jeff horn big whoop. oh he lost to the guy that lost to jeff horn thats embarassing.
