VADA can notify everyone involved of an adverse finding as they don't follow WADA rules and aren't compulsory, they are a private business who can't suspend or sanction anyone.
UKAD are a government funded WADA signatory, they have to follow the WADA rules, and the rules are pretty clear.
After an adverse analytical finding they notify interested third parties (Rivas is not one), these parties and bound to confidentiality.
Athlete has the right to a request an expedited hearing with the independent tribunal NADP, Whyte did this and after evidence was not provisionally suspended, he is free to compete.
If after full hearing a rule violation (ADRV) is found, the results and sanction is published by UKAD.
I'm not defending Whyte, he may be guilty, I'm just pointing out the process, and who makes the decisions, its not the BBBoC, its not Matchroom, it is NADP who are independent of boxing entirely.
The amount of ignorance and misinformation about this is just astounding, when its really not that complicated and the same for all sports in most countries covered by WADA.
If anyone really cares just read this, its not that hard to understand.
