LMAO. Hearn gave Ruiz the shot due to his ulterior motive and trust me, Usyk won't get the same shot. He has to earn it.

Also, I think Usyk and Fury are overrated opportunists. Both are going to get knocked out soon.

Just curious why you feel Usyk is an opportunist. He’s fought in everyone’s backyard and dominated the WBSS, which had all the top cruiserweights competing... also essentially every atg heavyweight gets knocked out save for Marciano and even he was close to being out against a withering Walcott. I don’t feel KOs diminishes a fighters legacy, only a lack of quality opponents can do that. All the top HWs should be jumping at the opportunity to have the scalp of the former unified undisputed cruiser champ. It’s telling none of the champions are calling him out, it’s because he’s already earned it and he’s a big risk with little financial incentive.

Why does it matter who's he fought. Ruiz and Josh are obviously vulnerable and both are tarnished. If Usyk gets the fight and wins, he could be well on his way to a long list of title defenses. Think about it, with all the title belts on the line these days, there are a lot of "b" level fights that have to get a shot at the tile -- cause there are no other guys available.

Who has he fought in the division to get a shot? He isn't a draw and just because he dominated the CW division, that doesn't mean he has to be that entitled in the heavyweight division. He has to earn it.

Usyk is a draw with boxing fans because he is a great boxer. The same way Lomachenko was even before he fought a professional fight. Dude has a pound for pound resume and guys are acting like they don't know who he is.

The best fights are for undisputed - winner of Joshua-Ruiz should take on Wilder. But if for whatever reason that fight doesn't get made, then Usyk is just as good of an opponent as anyone else in the division.

In the mean time it would be nice to see him take on a gatekeeper like Takam or Chisora but the reality is that none of those guys want the fight.

Usyk is ranked one in the WBO and can have his title shot anytime he feels like it once he applies for it the match is a mandatory fight for whoever holds that belt .

Why this forum continues to dumb itself down is beyond me .Hearn has no control over Usyk because its in the rules he can have that fight so he cant give or stop a title fight with Usyk its not up to him its up to Usyk to demand the fight to the WBO.

Usyk has years of being around the Klitchkos and has sparred and fought some very tough guys over the years ,of course hes a top heavyweight,he boxes Ruiz under the table so lets think a little for once,its why he wants Joshua to win ,he knows style wise its a very difficult fight for him.


I hope you guys know what a rematch clause entails now at least , you A side Andy Ruiz guys on here ! lol
