Comments Thread For: Arum, Crawford To Meet Next Month To Discuss His Next Fight

Terence Crawford knows who he'll fight next. The date and site of that bout will remain undetermined until the WBO welterweight champion meets with promoter Bob Arum next month in Las Vegas. Arum told krikya360.com that he plans to discuss Crawford's return to the ring with Crawford and his team during the week of the Tyson Fury-Otto Wallin heavyweight fight September 14 at T-Mobile Arena.

Its mean machine or Iman isn't it? And mean machine seems like the big favorite to land the fight cuz I'm sure they wanna gey Iman a couple W's with TR before they put him in with Bud. Hopefully someone else is in the mix to, but these seem like the shortlist guys as we speak.

Like I said before Arum ruined Crawfish's career. He's a great fighter but has no memorable fights

Annnnnndddddd We are off to the races, with another meaningless fight for arguably one of, if not, the most talented fighter in boxing. Bob Arum is doing Bud a disservice. Its not about Haymon- Bob messed that up with his ranting after the Khan Fight. Bud has to be more vocal to his promoter about who he wants to fight, with an A, B, C, and D option. Kavaliauskas???? That's like a "P" option for the available welters out there.

My Gosh.....Talk about BS fights....ESPN is probably pulling their hair out right now

Wow...Top Rank just cannot secure any big name opponents. Fury, Loma, Crawford, all three of them lined up with bums. "He's the one that agreed to fight us" is getting old fast...but yet these guys get high ranking in the journalists P4P! What a joke!

A "disservice"? He ruined his career. A great fighter who can't get fights because his promoter is out of touch with the business. That's why guys leave Arum, he just doesn't have it anymore.

Anyway, why would a fighter sign with a promoter instead of being a free agent. Easy, they get up front money but put their career in the hands of someone else.

Floyd and Pac had to sue to get away from him.

When, oh when, will Crawfish have a "meaningful" fight. Horn and Khan ain't it.

Crawford should tell Arum to pay $25M to Pacquiao and accept $5M for himself to make the fight that will make his name worldwide. Pacman's contract with PBC ended with two fights after Floyd refused to make Floyd/Pac 2.

Egidijus Kavaliauskas is a outstanding challenger for the P4P King Terence Crawford, Kavaliauskas is a top ten welter. This victory for Bud adds to his exceptional resume.

True boxing fans cant wait for this one.
