There you go again just proving my point. Try talking about boxing without the preconceived narrative. Be honest about it and when your god-man screws the pooch own up to it for the sake of the sport.

I doubt Pacquiao would fight him anyway! His people want Mikey or Danny! Hopefully Mikey and Danny Garcia fight for the right to get that honor!
It's a risk versus reward situation. How can anyone blame Spence for wanting to fight Manny? Big payday against an older, smaller guy. Do I wanna see it? Absolutely not. Spence/Crawford! The claims of who is signed with who are irrelevant. Cross promotions have always worked when the money is right. Seems like Crawford wants the fight but Spence doesn't.

Crawford has only beaten Jeff Horn and Jose Benavidez at WELTERWEIGHT who were both undefeated at the time. But he beat Khan after he already had 3 losses.

Who again has the stronger resume at WELTERWEIGHT???
Talk me through Mikey Garcia's resume at 147 pal? He was 2 weight divisions below yet you name him and dismiss the only undisputed champion ever at 140... Amazing

Brook is the ONLY legitimate name on Spence's record at 147 whilst Crawford cleaned out 140 before moving out. A duck is a duck Spence is chasing money and avoiding risk

I have no problem with Spence fighting Pacquiao before Crawford. I want to see this fight, fvvck what everyone says. It'd be the first Pacquiao fight I'd be excited about since 2015 and that includes the Thurman fight. Then the winner hopefully fights Bud for all the marbles.

That older, smaller guy, just beat Keith Thurman for the WBA WW title! That older, smaller guy brings in 3X more PPVs than Terence Crawford! Yeah, Spence Jr. would be a fool not to fight Pacquiao IF THE OPPORTUNITY ARISES!

I feel bad for Crawford, but he should know how hard it is to get that cross-promotion! He saw the May-Pac drama, and Spence vs. Crawford is not worth half the money they got! He knows that Oscar left, Floyd left, Cotto left, Mikey left, and Pacquiao left Top Rank! Why would he sign an extension?

              not gonna happen
if PAC dismantle either 1 of them, its not good for business around boxing

There is no reason to be concerned about PAC' health
              He loves to fight
He let himself to be caught against the rope on the cotto-margacheato-thurman fight.. he loves to be challenged

Aurum killed the PAC vs Bud fight
Ellerbe says he will not let PAC fight spence
Business wants Crawford VS Spence first
The superfight of the new era, the money-fight!!
After that they can feed them to the old lion,
              All roads to Grandpa PAC!!

If Haymon does something I disagree with, I'll speak on it, because i'm not a hypocrite! Right now, after Ruiz blasted out Joshua, and Fury ran scared from the Wilder rematch, and Pacquiao is signed to PBC, I think PBC is doing just fine!

I was always a Thurman guy and attended the Lopez fight. No offense to Manny but Thurman is not the same guy anymore. Injuries and inactivity are career killers. Props to Manny for the win but Spence is a different animal. Pacquiao is one of the most popular fighters around but Spence may demolish him. The fight may just happen because of the money but it's another in the long line of "an old guy against a guy in his prime". Many are fooled by the Thurman fight. Josesito Lopez almost had Keith out of there and he was 36-7 coming in as an opponent!

PACQUIAO is a LIVING LEGEND and an aging fighter that has nothing to prove but himself. Especially the unanimous win over Thurman was Awesome. That aside, if Porter wins against Spence, Manny will definitely fight Shawn. IMO Manny can choose ANYONE to fight and he deserves that.

Spence should fight Crawford, if he wins against Porter and PAC should take on the winner of that fight. Win or lose, Manny should retire. Hopefully on top with a BIG WIN!!!

Why would he sign an extension? All the talk about one promoter holding all the marbles would not be good for the sport. It's only one guy's opinion but I spoke recently with one of the heads of USA boxing. I asked him about the Whyte situation and also about promoters. His response surprised me. He stated that De La Hoya was the one promoter who really looks out for his guys. He didn't think much of Arum or Haymon. Is he correct? Who knows but he has been around the game for decades. Again it's just one perspective but he is a boxing guy! As far as the Whyte situation, "guilty as charged". His words not mine!
