And what exactly has #1 position done for Dillian whyte? They manufactured a title for Canelo, Charlo beat nobody and GGG was and still is #1. But you don't see the corruption? Seriously? Sorry but being willfully ignorant is certainly your fault.

If you want to use GGG as an example, fine. But he wasn’t ranked #1 after that loss, that loss was a year ago, he’s had a win since then and the division landscape had changed (Canelo no longer WBC champ, Charlo Moving 1 to champ, and G moving 2 to 1.

You’ll notice Danny Jacobs just list the IBF and now he’s ranked #5. Guess all the sanctioning bodies are out to get him too.

    Grow up.

Didn’t do anything for him because he refused to fight eliminators.

Being #1 makes you first in line to fight a final eliminator. Winner gets to fight the champ. Whyte refused multiple final eliminators, and when he did accept one he took steroids. So I guess being #1 did do something for him. Whyte was able to refuse to fight in the eliminators before anyone else had a chance! It also gave fanboys like you an excuse.

You’re deflecting. I suggest you change your username and do some research.

You clueless Bulls*iter, you wouldn't know a fact if it hit you on the head. Go do your home work then come back and edit your ******ity.

          That’s ironic coming from you.

600 days as #1 and Fury refused the elimination bout but hey, I guess that doesn't match your narrative..

600 days, turned down two WBC final eliminators. I don’t know why this is hard for you to understand.

Turned down an IBF one too.

Don’t know why you’re mentioning Fury. He’s not WBC mandatory...or anyone’s, because he hasn’t fought a final eliminator.

That's what you all keep missing. The contract only stipulated that a rematch take place. They have to agree on where and when. AJ will get a rematch after they agree on where and when. Without that they will be in a holding pattern.

                    A) Wrong thread
                    B) Fury was presented an immediate rematch to settle any greivance, promptly bailed out to fight Schwarz
