I think Chris gave a real feel good performance last night. Nothing left to prove. He even said he couldn't do that/go through that again. Might be a loss on the cards but I think it's a win for everyone and a good way to go out while he's still healthy.

While watching him fight against Kownacki, I thought that it was some of best of Arreola that I had seen in awhile. He let his hands go, moved pretty decent and his cardio was better than previous fights. Fught through a broken hand I thought he won his share of rounds.

When a man who loves to scrap and get hit says it's time to retire he will. Good guy. Too bad he wasn't as well conditioned for his fights on HBO like he was for this last one. His body changed prior to the Stiverne fight. I can only speculate but he looks like he had that weight loss surgery. He lost size and muscle but kept the fat just like most of those people do.
