I think Pacquiao would round out the year with an Amir Khan fight kind of fight, or maybe early 2020.

Then fight Spence by spring, or summer of 2020.


I'll also say this: Broner, Thurman, Khan(or another top 10 WW) is a good year. I'm not sure who I'd favor over him for FOTY in that case. Maybe Spence himself with Garcia and Porter's heads on his resume.
