Knockdown reminds me of Cancio who was dropped the first round by Machado. He went down clearly had no balance and he stayed down waited to regain his equalibrium. Then beat the count. Rocky went down was dizzy off balance and tried to get up to fast. If he relaxes takes a knee waits till about the 6 or 7 count then he gets up he beats this count. Instead gets dropped immediately tries to get up then stumbles and falls back down and then doesn't have time to get up. Fights over.

Don't write Rocky off just yet, something eerily similar happened to Berchelt at about the same point of his career. All credit to Gutierrez though, he must have been a 500 to 1 underdog or something, I gave him ZERO chance to win this fight

This kid can definitely come back. This is why experience in real fights matter. Rocky got caught and had no clue what to do to by time to recover once he was dropped. He was busting up Gutierrez before the stoppage. This kid has talent and is crazy young he can bounce back.
