Can't we all just move on and hope they continue to keep impressing us with the new challenges they'll put in front of themselves? We're putting too much imphasis on "L"s and "W"s when at the end of the day they are estimated opinions of three judges. What if we all just focused on the the skill, talent and show that our favorite boxers put on. And you know why Canelo has a big fan base.. It's not because" W"s or "L"s, it's because it is actually entertaining to watch him disarm bigger opponents that usually get knockouts. You might not like him but it makes no difference because I'm funding the fights and the fighters I want to watch.

Basically in my opinion he has a granite chin and will never get KO'd and automatically gets 6 rds whether he convincingly wins them or they are close. Then the outcome is the same 2 judges score it close for Canelo vs anybody who's competitive and one judge has him winning 8 rounds to 4 rounds. It's easy to go into a fight knowing this so confidence is sky high which gives him an additional edge because he knows he'll win by decision or stoppage. I don't blame the guy for this but this is the reality. How does GGG compete against this in addition to the fact that Canelo has great defense. It's all wrong for GGG even if he wins in the eyes of the fans.
I think Canelo will eventually meet some one that completely dominates him but I don't think that is GGG or any of the existing MWs. I think he's what... 5'8? If he keep being a maniac and picking fights with SMWs and LHWs he's eventual gonna get recked. Lol, I'm 5'8 so when he does **** like that I'm like hell no haha, I'd get my ass whooped

If the match is too close it will automatically be given to the a side. This makes it more difficult to dethrone the king but I don't know.. I think I actually like this mechanism. Champs stay on the throne longer which is funner and ultimately better for the sport. Otherwise it becomes MMA and the top is always shifting. Especially if the way fights are judged are by expert opinions which are still opinions.

You guys still arguing about this? Canelo has showed improvements with each fight. You can see how he improved his positioning and punch placements even after the GGG 2 fight while GGG is more of the same. GGG tried to implement some new strategies, but when he kept getting tagged, he went back to his old ways. Canelo is a lot more consistent in changing things up and adapting on the fly compared to GGG. Some people learn and execute things faster while some are slow and will never change no matter how they try to change.
Canelo just process things a lot faster than GGG, has more gears to his offence/defence while GGG is just a technically sound fighter who is comfortable with what he does, but when things get tough or when he senses someone else has the skills + power + chin to withstand him, he goes back to the jabs and gets overly cautious. It's just the way it is.

''Name calling to strengthen my opinion !!!''
GGG threw down the Mexican gauntlet, Nelo picked it up and beat GGG with it.
