I black boxer who is humble, is seen as fake because we as non black people (black people as well) have come to accept that there is one type of black boxer ''Broner '' and anytime we see a black boxer that have a persona tat doesnt have that persona, he is seen as faking it or arrogant. If they are articulate, they are trying to be smart, because black boxer are suppose to sound ******, incoherent etc Grow up... You are just means-pirited hater.. For your sake, i hope that life don't humiliate you. I am even a fan of Joshua, this kind of hatred for the man is making wanting to see the man success, if only to for people like you can cease to exist in forum like this where you constantly hate on a man that has done nothing to you... I'm British and most of my fave fighters are black.
I totally agree with the other guy - Joshua has talked about his legacy countless times like he was a future great.
I've even seen him say that he would beat Lennox Lewis (a true ATG).
So it's nothing to do with 'casual racism'. Joshua has always just been ridiculously overhyped by Hearn because he wanted to promote a superstar, and Joshua himself is just as much to blame for that overhyping, because he signed up for it.
All his Mr. Perfect media friendly bull**** is so contrived. If he was just himself I would have had a lot more time for him.

Don’t got the hunger to beat the odds?

Grab a Snickers, official snack for the first Mexican heavyweight champ Andy Ruiz jr and you too can overcome!

Ruiz is a cute little story. But if he comes out in his next fight and gets Douglas’d or Rahman’d, he’ be nothing more than a footnote in history.

Amen brother. Too many ignorant people on this forum. We as Black men, have been dealing with this stereotype since day one. Their ignorance run so deep into their bones, they can't help but spew their hate.
