    Something tells me he can but he has to come in with a much better game plan. It seemed like him and his team never even watched footage on Ruiz.

    The stamina seemed like an issue as well but IDK if that's just because he couldn't recover or what but he's basically going to have to box Ruiz from the outside for 12 rds in the rematch and stay out of range from those fast counters

      Yeah, its not like Joshua's team have to crack the davinci code to find a way to win, he fought pretty much the exact wrong fight and I think its pretty easy to see a way for him to beat Ruiz with the right strategy.

      Going to be a fun rematch, could imagine Ruiz growing a level and Joshua wilting after he gets touched just as easily as Joshua fighting smart and battering Ruiz him after softening him up, be interesting either way.

          ruiz is a tank and all wrong for aj. they would be better off going a different route. let someone "tenderize" ruiz for him first.

            If he'd boxed as he did vs Parker he would have won. Ruiz isn't that good.

            He boxed like he'd never been in a ring before.

              If that happens, he'll never be the same fighter IMO. The nature of that defeat means he has to avenge it for psychological reasons as much as anything.
