He gets beaten again, you know what? Ruiz actually held back a bit IMHO. There were times he had Joshua and seems to be thinking should I go for it? In the rematch he would be more confident. Speaking about the rematch, what’s going on with Hearn talking about the fight happening in the UK? Whatever happened to the American adventure? That’s now over? 😂

Do you believe Ruiz would have won that fight in the U.K., their is certainly no way it’d have been stopped hell the ref likely would have stopped it after Andy went down once.

The powers of recovery in the U.K. for British fighters is something to behold, was it Nathan Cleverly was helped back to his corner when he fought Kovalev ? I can’t recall it was a long time ago now.

Yeah that was cleverly/Kovalev 😂. Still can’t get over that. Either way I think Ruiz would have won on that night. Doesn’t matter which country. That ring would be the same ring.

I’m referencing the ten minutes he’d have been allowed as a ten count. I’m not so sure with the officiating Andy would be prettt damn dejected every time he drops him and theirs breaks in the action and non penalties etc for spitting of gum shields etc I mean come on seriously AJ had a damn Charlie Zelenoff moment right there it was border line cringeworthy almost laughable.

I should have edited that last post too, ‘helped back to his corner’ lmfao the guy was carried, CARRIED ffs carried and sat down ‘their you go Nathan, take all the time you need pal this ones on Frank and that large envelope for me and the missus’ ‘take all the time in the world matey’.

AJ had no time to prepare? How about Ruiz not preparing for AJ either AND he just had a fight?

AJ has always been chinny. Always had bad stamina. Bad ring IQ because this isn't the first time he punched himself out and got dropped for it.

I do think there's a strong chance AJ wins the rematch but these fantasy land clowns need to accept that nothing last night was a fluke. AJ got exposed.
            Exactly this...

Ruiz outboxed AJ and KOd him. He comes in more confident in what he can do next time, meanwhile AJ is all nerves.

Of course on that level anything can happen with heavyweights, but I'd bet on the exact same outcome come November.

Lolx......wilder fans: 5 weeks is too short for Ortiz for a fight of this magnitude.
Ruiz needed 4weeks to be unifies champion.

Ortiz is just a chicken....that missed out on his retirement pay.

Andy said something immediately afterwards that made me laugh, it was something to the effect of ‘they thought I wasn’t ready but I had 15 weeks training coming in’ obviously he only had 5 of which to prepare but his look was most certainly deceiving he was fit and ably conditioned for 12 at his pace.

What did AJ have a 12 week training camp and the same 5 preparation for Andy ? I don’t care what anybody says the fine tuning doesn’t start until late in the camp anyway, Manny Steward would often link up with Wlad for two weeks 21 days away from the fight, that worked for years and it worked perfectly to the extent he broke record after record.

These AJ ****’s saying ‘he’ll have x amount to train next time for Andy and Andy alone’ seriously wtf is he gonna do different next time ? He sure as shyt ain’t gonna do anything different to what McCracken was trying to tell him to do it’s his option whether he tries to implement that advice or not my initial instinct tells me he wins the rematch in a boring fight where he reverts to a Tyson Fury like style jab and move so Andy can’t beat him with his superior timing and hand speed, then again does he have the brains to be able to go 12 with a guy with a superior skill set than his own after the loss we just saw, we all know what happened to David Price after he lost his first fight and rematched Thompson too soon.
