5 pounds, is a huge difference. it would be a good fight, diaz would work just as hard as pac, tha size and power would be too much for pac. dont be silly n say Pac is gonna outbox someone/ besides, Morales is gonna skool him there next fight.

          What Pac said was true..

Suico did fight Diaz's fight...Diaz seems to make every fighter fight his fight...

Thats the reason I think Diaz would have more problems w/ a Casamayor style boxer then with Freitas...

Regardless...I dont see Pacquiao, who I love to watch, beating the Baby Bull...

Diaz is still getting better...even though his style might only last for 6-8 more years( because of punch output/ lack of power), I think he;s one of the best young fighters in the game right now..

I like Pac a lot and find him very exciting to watch but 135lbs is all wrong for him. There are to many heavy hitters there for him. Freitas, Corrales, Casamayor. Pac has a good shot at Juan Diaz but Diaz is a definite handfull and I would put my money on Juan.

Pac has a good amount of competition at 130lbs so he doesn't really have to move up anyway, Morales, Barrera, Rocky possibly Barrios. I would be content with him staying at superfeather and fighting those guys for the next couple of years.

              As for my reason why...

Diaz's punch output, Winky Wright-esque defence, handspeed and pinpoint accuracy, not to mention his bodywork and stamina would all lead to Pacquaio's defeat...

He would completly take Pac out of his game...

After Pac got his best shots picked off in the early rounds, he'd get desperate and start to take heavy shots back from Diaz...

Few more top notch fights for the baby bull and he could emerge the best of the division..

I have high expectations for the kid..

Pacquiao is getting a little too over confindent here and he hasnt even gotten past Morales yet in there upcoming 3rd fight. 135 is a whole different world and there are some big boys up there. Juan Diaz is Pacs height but he's a thicker more compact fighter. Lets just say he's able to beat Diaz ( which I dont think he is anyways ) guys like Corrales, Raheem, and especially Acelino Freitas would show Pac he doesnt belong at 135. Hell someone call the guy in my avatar and set up a fight at 135!

I have lost so much respect for Morales in the past year it's not even funny. He went from being in my top 5 favorite boxers in the sport to one I can't even support anymore with his attitude. I didn't care that he was beat by Barrera in the trilogy. He fought a dumb fight, plus he caught a bad break when his nose was smashed in the 2nd round. I picked Pacquiao to beat him and pulled for Pacquiao in the first fight, but when Morales won I held him in such high regards. But since getting his ass kicked by Pacquiao, Morales has become one of the biggest *******s in the sport. He was always a sore loser before, but now he's just a sour g****.
