HW Results and Updates Thread
Gonna make this a running thread for the lesser fights in the HW division that don't receive there own articles so people can keep up with upcoming fights, results, news etc. Kinda in the vein of the old HW Schedule thread, but I'm gonna focus more on news clippings and highlights from fights that normally don't make it to NSB. Anybody welcome to add whatever tidbits they find in here -
Don't know how this one snuck by me a couple weeks ago, but Mark De Mori won again. The man who took David Haye almost a full round, smashed a fat guy in Germany to improve to 37-2-2. Somebody get The Dominator a big fight, maybe Big Daddy Browne??
KO round 2 , he was unconscious for a long time

Vlad Sirenko is a young HW that I've seen get a bit of hype from some people. He's an 11-0 Ukrainian, living in and fighting out of South Africa that people talked about in the amateurs. Damn near killed an Argentine in Germany a few weeks ago.
Still only 24 years old, a guy to keep an eye on. Looks like he's planning to be back in June.
Preparation for the next fight which will be in June in South Africa is already started. More information - soon

Keep an eye out tomorrow people for one of my favorite HW prospects, 7-0 Arslanbek Makhmudov. He's a big 6'6 Russian fighting out of Canada that has stopped all his opponents within 2 rounds, including Avery Gibson his last time out, a tough journeyman who had never been stopped. Makhmudov taking on huge 10-3-1 Jonathan Rice in Montreal, you might remember Rice from when he took Tony Yoka the distance 2 years ago and landed some heavy shots in that fight and hurt Yoka a couple times. Should be a fun test for Arslanbek, who is working with the same company that promotes "The Grizzly" Simon Kean. We could be building up to some HUGE Canadian HW fights!!
The Lion's Den Arslanbek Makhmudov 7-0 (7 KOs) vs. Jonathan Rice 10-3 (6 KOs) Friday May 17, Casino de Montréal, Montréal, Québec, Canada ️
