    Ben Davidson lol.

But Keith Idec wrote an article a while back saying that Wilder and SHO were working on a LT deal.

Fury's trainer has said it on two different interviews. Not sure how he'd know but that's where I've seen it referenced

The big announcement will be that he won't be fighting AJ this year, because Wilder's schedule will be full fighting bums and making excuses.

Ben seems a sh^tty source unless he just heard it from Tyson who heard it from Warren. Which I guess is possible.

The Idec thing seems like its more solid doe.

It better be for a ***y number or Wilder is gonna get a sh^tstorm on SM & on boxing forums. Eh who am I kidding if this was a $200M 3 fight deal Wilder is gonna get a sh^tstorm on SM & on boxing forums.

But the logical, reasonable & non-******ed mfers will see how this legit makes sense or legit doesn't whatever the case so w/e with the fanboys, haters & ******s opinions.

I'd assume the Breazeale fight is part of it, but maybe not & it'd start post-Breazeale, assuming he wins obviously.

But yea I agree with your overall implication that announcing a long term deal the week of a fight seems a bad idea & like your tempting fate to throw a monkey wrench in your plans.

From Finkel in an article written by Rafael on March 19:

Finkel told ESPN they are discussing a three-fight deal with Showtime. While he declined to give the value, he said Wilder would "make as much or more than he would have made under the DAZN deal" and that is without a fight against Joshua. Finkel also said that if the Showtime deal is finalized it wouldn't prevent a Joshua fight or Fury rematch on other platforms.

"Deontay is not locked into anyone because he would have outs [in the deal]," said Finkel, adding that he is also still talking to Fury management company MTK Global about a possible Fury rematch later this year.

You don't announce your next fight a few days before a defence

It's either that he's signing multi fight with Showtime or some crappy sponsorship deal.

The only out there thing it could be is that this will be his last fight with PBC? You'd expect them to be publicising an announcement too?

I say the deal will include Ortiz, Kownacki and perhaps Dillian Whyte.

His advisors have to make good on trusting them and turning down DAZN's guaranteed money.

Obviously Id rather AJ and/or Fury2, but those will be entertaining fights
