The equivalent would be Chad Dawson after beating BHop giving his LHW strap as well to Ward for the 168 fight...

Redd Foxx is a fan. Let's see if he approves pretending to ignore!
You need to brush up spend a couple minutes investigating the fight .Leonard came in at 165 do you actually think lalonde came in at 175?It was the grandad of catch weight fights.Lalonde could not weigh in over 168 or faced a huge penalty for every pound over .Suprised you thought ginger was the first guy to do this.Yes The 168 division was operating then.I guit getting in arguments with guys like you when I realize your main game is to hate .Lived in Vegas full time 80s and 90s and this was about the only big fight I missed because I was in the hospital.

So I just looked at your 2013 article by Gareth Davies saying HEARN ''says'' that Carl Froch would be willing to step up to face GGG at Super Middleweight since nobody wants to fight GGG...

so... where are the counter articles by K2 in that same month of June or a month later that they acknowledge that challenge?

I even made a thread for GGG that he could beat the 168 champs at PBC.

Still, Tom Loeffler is a goon. I don't believe anything in GGG's legacy career under that management. I'm glad Loeffler has nothing to do with USYK!
... I liked GGG because I somehow understand the "school of boxing" which produced him... and I stopped "rooting" for him immediately after the first Canelo fight...

Leonard beat Hagler before this fight. There was no 168 - Super Middleweight.

Boxers struggled on same day weigh in back then? In those years calibration to maintain the weight was all done during camp. You're saying Lalonde in preparation for Leonard, his camp couldn't trim 7lbs in general?
