He is under contract to Dazn and they will dictate his career more than he does.
Again, I see that you failed to read either the legal analysis or the IRS definition of independent contractor vs. employee. According to the courts and the feds, Canelo is an independent contractor. That does not mean he has free rein to do whatever the helll he wants. It means that both sides have to abide by the conditions set forth in the contract. Neither you nor I know what those specific conditions are, but I do know this from experience one side cannot ignore the contract. If Canelo is not required to fight Golovkin, he does not have to simply because DAZN says he must. They are still under legal obligation to fulfill their end of the contract. DAZN can sweeten the pot or otherwise make it make it attractive to for him to fight Golovkin or they can get sued by Canelo and Golden Boy and lose a bunch of money and all credibilty in attracting future talent and become yesterday's news.

So not quite sure what you're babbling about in your post.
First fight was close which is why there was a rematch.

In the rematch Borat acted like a child and a poor sport. Talking endless trash and demeaning Ca$hnelo...completely ungrateful Asian Russian trash.

Ca$hnelo WHOOPED that piece of trash in the rematch although - in round by round scoring - it was a 7-5 decision, arguably a draw. I had it 7-5 but wouldn't be torn by another draw. Similarly, Borat won the battle of the 1st fight - but in round by round scoring - it was either 7-5 for Borat or a draw. I had it a draw but could see the 7-5 for Borat.

Borat DOES deserve a 3rd fight, but he also needs to help build it up...he's been completely inactive and the interest in the trilogy has waned considerably because Borat needed 9 months to rehab from the BEATING Ca$hnelo gave him.

Borat beats up ice cream truck driver Rolls and then needs to fight a Top 10 guy to warrant a 3rd showdown...Canelo has earned a belt at SMW and is fighting the next best guy, after Borat, in Danny Jacobs.

Canelo has stayed relevant. Borat hasn't. Borat needs to rebuild some momentum. It's not complicated...and I'm being honest about all this

They also aren't upping their prices and changing the subscription from monthly to annual because they're operating from a strengthening financial posture, it's because they're noticing financial losses from their original plan and are trying to make adjustments to offset those losses.
Mr. Boom, you haven't even the faintest idea as what business DAZN is in. I will give you a clue: It is not the boxing business. Think big, think long term. Regarding revenues and pricing, do a little basic research on the laws of supply and demand. After that lookup elasticity of demand and the role it plays is price changes. Then read what I wrote. I think then you might get the point I made about prices. If after that you are not convinced tell your friends you had a debate with a Ph.D in economics and educated him about basic economics.

If the handlers at DAZN say you're fighting GGG, then you're fighting GGG. Whether the contract says it or not.

They don't give you a 350 million contract just to be giving it to you. They expect to see a return on their money, which means you will be fighting in the most lucrative fights ala GGG.
The same could be said of GGG, If DAZN ask GGG to fight Andrade, do you think he is gonna duck him for ever? Now, lets see who has more pull if Canelo sits down with DAZN Executives, and say a third fight would be more lucrative if GGG has a belt. wouldn't that make more sense? also who would DAZN rather lose CANLO or GGG?

Before Andrade, Jacobs was in his own league; before Jacobs Charlo was in his own league; before Charlo, GGG was in his own league; before GGG Lara was in his own league and so on.

Nobody is KOing GGG he has an iron chin, not Canelo, not Jacobs, Andrade or the Charlos, GGG best attribute is his chin. so stop it with Canelo is KOing GGG non sense.

Being undisputed is meaning less simply because MOST fans and experts think he lost the fight fight (and the PED issues dog that also) and the 2nd fight is somewhat contested (as a GGG fan i think he lost a close one to Canelo thou).

So yes at this current point in time financially his career DOES revolve around GGG till a bigger purse comes along to change that.
No it does not, the purses are already set in place with Canelo making 35 million a fight whether he fights GGG or Fielding he will still make 35 Mill regardless.

say whatever you want, but name 1 option that's available to Canelo that will generate more money than ggg? At the end of the day, that's what matters most.
