Comments Thread For: Gvozdyk: I Don't See Anyone Being a Problem For Loma At 135

With his first title defense officially out of the way, Oleksandr Gvozdyk can now fully focus on the next order of business. In the ring, it means pursuing his fellow light heavyweight titlists. For now, though, next on his list is to have fun and take in a night at the fights as he watches countryman Vasiliy Lomachenko in action in an April 12 lightweight title defense versus Anthony Crolla.

That's because Uncle Bob won't let anyone who has a chance of winning fight Lomaeurobumasschicken. Lopez and Tank beat his ass worse than Salidaddy did. Nothing but overrated Euro trash who's supported by MMA fans and NASCAR KKKucks.

On point. No one at 135 that Bob is willing to put Loma up against, fighters he's unwilling to pin Loma against is another story. I mean he beat a guy in Linares who just got crushed in 1 rd by a B level opponent and we're supposed to believe he's top dog. Give me a break.

A little from column A and a little from column B.

Seriously though- I'm satirizing the Loma detractors on this site.

THIS! is what pisses me off about Boxing. if Marcus Browne is the WBC mandatory, and won the Jack fight, then why is Browne-Gvozdyk only “theoretical”? it should happen next. Why would Browne even consider fighting for the worthless WBA “title”, when they just give belts away like candy, and he could fight for both the lineal and WBC titles?

Glad you added that, lol. I thought you were off the rails with the earlier comment. The sport wants more respect and ratings yet they almost never make the most exciting, competitive matches. It seems like the promoters play it safe and won't risk losses for their fighters. Spence/Crawford, Joshua/Wilder, Prograis/Ramirez, Loma/Davis. Those are just a few. Rivalries should mean more than losses.
