Don't even expect this to go anywhere near trial. Once that Allred lawyer catches wind of that other video she will know the chance of making any money from this situation will be slim to none. She will sail off into the wind and it will all go away.

I honestly think you guys are wrong about this. There's no doubt that Pulev was wrong in this instance, if no other information emerges. It really doesn't matter if Ravalo let guys run a train on her after the party, as long as Kubrat wasn't involved. We know how it goes. She is able to consent to whomever she wants to touch her, and whomever she doesn't want to touch her and does is in the wrong. It should be an easy case for Allred to argue that bouncing on some guy's lap still doesn't make what Kubrat did less wrong, though I agree that the civil court would award much more if she went home and pretended to be afraid of all men or some shlt like that.

I'm not sure about the amount of money she can win, and maybe that's all you meant by your post, but I'm guessing legal fees in the least.

Wow that’s crazy. I just don’t get why that attorney would take this case because she is known to only take cases she can win. I still think the kiss was wrong but they should just tell p not to do that sh it again. If this is true then it’s women lie this that make it hard for the real victims to come forward

But that's what I'm saying. It's hard to cast doubt on a story about being kissed without your consent when there is a video of you being kissed without your consent.

lol. I see what you mean. I do agree that the amount she could win just decreased a lot. I don't know enough about Allred to know if that makes her want to dodge out of this at this point or what happens exactly, but I know she can't be happy with this video making her job harder for likely less pay.


I can't remember anything about a kiss in civil court either. The lowest amount I've heard of anyone winning for a butt grab was Taylor Swift winning a whopping $1, but that's because that's what she asked for (along with legal fees, of course). She wanted it to be a symbolic gesture.

I don't even think it would be wrong for the court to give Rafalo legal fees and a buck, but that would be too much of a slap in the face. I'm thinking this probably goes the settlement route as well.

Meet Jenny Ravalo. So called Sushi artist/instagram model.

Sushi art means basically she gets totally naked on a table in restaurants (or for private parties/events, you can literally order her and her girls) and has only food, mostly Sushi cover some of her bodyparts and people can eat it from her.

What did Ravalo do after getting humiliated by Pulev? She went right to Pulevs afterparty and was lapdancing for his teammembers and even dryhumping one of Pulevs friends and getting a bit nervous if there is somebody recording it "Wait, there's no video, right??"
