Only about the money. Garcia did not even try to throw more than single punches when he was within range. Spence (deliberately?) threw a lot of punches that were (too easily?) blocked by Garcia (especially on the elbows) who never took risk or tried to win himself.
In the later rounds, and especially during the last seconds of the match, one could sense that Spence was holding back at a time he could have overwhelmed Garcia to get a TKO.
To me it looked staged, more like professional wrestling.
Big payday for both fighters. Garcia cashing in on being 39-0 from the lighter divisions, Spence getting his first PPV fight and a possible set up with PacMan. I guess though that even that scene was more of a commercial thing, to help hype Spence a bit more. PacMan probably will go for someone like Porter or Thurman to get a title if Floyd does not return. Spence, should unify the division, then move up. Big money waiting in fights against Canelo, GGG etc.
It definetly was for the money. Spence took it easy.
Size was too much to be competitive
I'll probably get hate for this, but it was a good little man vs a great big man
The word "great" is always debatable. They are both two of the best right now. I was expecting a closer fight. Figured Garcia to at least win 3 or 4 rounds. Being smaller and slower is a bad look. Hoping to see Spence against Crawford or Thurman. If not those two then I would like to see him at 154. A Manny or Porter fight would be a joke. Spence has the frame to move up and there are intriguing fights at super welterweight.

My pre-fight prediction was Spence in 9 and he nearly got the stoppage in that round. He put on a masterful performance and exploited all of his advantages with nearly flawless execution. Errol Spence is the real deal and although Crawford has fought the better opposition as a whole I still have Spence rated ahead of him on my P4P list.
Props to Mikey for stepping up and fighting the best 147-pounder in the world but he clearly bit off more than he could chew. I was really surprised by all of the folks picking Mikey to win this fight. Going in I thought if he won 2-3 rounds that would be a good accomplishment.

Please ask yourself the same question. A man that you do not know is 4000 miles away from you yet you want to tell him you woke up just to post him and you will watch the fight later. Did his prediction bother you? I’m also keen to know are you expecting a response from him or you just post men to tell them what time you get up in the morning
why you put your 5 cents in here? if you think he is my buddy you are totally wrong, was giving him all kind of ****. now talk to someone else, dumbass..4000 miles distance..your math is way off, even from top of your head.
The only thing I said about Mikey is that he's taller. That singular statement has made you completely unhinged to the point of talking about Pacman's entire career.
Lord.
They are about the same height if you compare their photos when they fought the same guy in Broner. Besides, you were labeling Spence as a weight bully when in fact, it was Mikey who asked for the fight. Pac, like Mikey is small at 147 but he has been fighting big WWs for 10 yrs.
Why don't these polls close before the fight starts or at least before the early rounds are over? When I looked at this poll at the end of the fight there were less than 20 people who had Spence by decision. Now there's 50 votes for Spence most of whom voted after the fight was over I'm guessing so that they could brag they called it later. It doesn't make sense to keep it open this long.
