The thing is, he impliments his bully style and is willing to walk through fire to land his shots.

I mean look at it this way - if he was able to literally walk through Brook's shots at 147 who was able to stop Golovkin dead in his tracks at 160 several times throughout the fight and was also able to keep Shawn Porter honest for the majority of the his 8-4 comfortable victory then it's evident he clearly feels like he doesn't need to use his defense. He's just very strong.

Let's not forget he was a great amateur who made it all the way to the olympics which uses the points system. He can box. Maybe Garcia will bring it out of him, depends on if he feels he needs to. But, if he didn't need to against Brook( a very strong and accurate puncher) I doubt he will need to against Garcia.

    Just my personal insight.
I don't see his defense being good at all. His offense is his defense basically, plus he has a great chin. Nobody at 147 can just stand in front of him and win because he will break you down and outmuscle you every time. But I don't consider him a P4P type fighter because his style will not be as effective against bigger guys.

Spence should fight exactly the way he always fights and that will be enough to win all the rounds and KO Mikey in less than 6 rounds. Yes, Mikey will hit him cleanly with his best punches but it won't bother Spence. Brook hit Spence cleanly with his best punches many times and it didn't bother Spence. Brook hits much harder than Mikey. MAN DOWN!
I can't help but Laugh every time you post this Shet .
Not that I don't think Spence is rightly favored to win .
But you talk this " Less than 6 rounds , Man Down , etc. etc. " Crap
Yet TWICE when I tried to get you to put your money where your mouth is you ignored me .
So once again . I'll bet ALL my points ( you match em ) that Mikey last more than 6 ?

He can't do anything, hes too small. The size difference is ridiculous, like a man fighting a child.

Spence defensive flaws wont matter because Garcia wont be able to hurt him. More than half of Spence's pro fights have taken place at Jr Middle. He is a weight bully. I saw him get hit by Peterson flush and laugh it off. He is going to destroy Garcia.

... yes, and he only holds UD wins in his last three fights -- all vs much smaller guys as compared to Spence...

I'm also interested to find out just how Mikey would have beaten "that" Brook from 2017...

I feel like Mikey's being underrated in this matchup actually. Mikey's won belts in 4 divisions. He's beaten some quality guys. This he won't last 8 rounds or w/e narrative being the consensus right now would have you suggesting he won't last 3 rounds I guess if him losing by KO in the mid-late portion of the fight is him being overrated.

I think Errol wins here, but I see this as a 70/30 type fight where Errol can lose. Mikey for sure has a path to victory & IS going to be more competitive than the consensus thinks I predict. Hell with all the "Errol is gonna merk Mikey" stances people have about this fight its going to be hard for Mikey to underperform on fight night.

As a Errol fan I'm kinda hating that so many fans have made a fight vs a 4 division undefeated p4p top ten discussed boxer a no win situation for him.

i see what ur sayn but im a realist and we have weight classes for a reason. However keep this in mind"Broner" is a 4 division champ. i wish people would stop giving mikey credit for taking this fight ANYBODY would for that type of payday and fallback. (ala kell brooks vs G, "im not a 160lber") win/win for mikey

but it surely wont be a win fight night. weigh class are put in place for a reason...Spence by total destruction.
