Comments Thread For: Wilder Manager Still Hopes Fury Rematch Deal Can Be Reached

As previously reported on krikya360.com, British heavyweight Tyson Fury has signed a broadcast deal under which his fights will be shown exclusively on ESPN platforms in the United States. No financial details were disclosed, but British newspaper the Daily Mail reported on Monday that the deal was worth 80 million pounds ($103 million), while the BBC reported that it covered Fury's next five fights.

The fight still gets made but it will be PPV so both platforms can satisfy their financial demands.

Arum was crying to the courts about Haymon not working together lmhere is his chance let’s see what happens. But I think Fury will announce another opponent in the next few days. Their tone sure has changed in he last few days. Kind of distasteful the way their acting.

          “We don’t give a **** about wilder”

“Wilder team didn’t even know the deal was going to happen”

Then why string him and his team along, not professional if you ask me

It would be nice if they did but I doubt it.

i think they were worried that maybe AJ and wilder would get together...which they might still....

what happens if aj and wilder freeze fury out for a few years while espn has to pay him 10-12 mil a fight to fight pulev and jennings type of fights? what if aj and wilder fight each other and make fury the clear b-side? what if aj and wilder fight 2-3 times over a 2-3 year period?

this stuff could backfire on top rank on espn if the other two guys get together first

That could happen if AJ and Wilder comes to an agreement. Fury and his team are very disrespectful so I could see that happening. Aj and Wilder would have to sit down and talk by themselves. They both are from Africa so I could see them working together. I have a feeling it will backfire. As a fan it’s sad if it doesn’t happen but can’t blame fury for getting paid

                    Thinking about it logically

80 million is a ******ed amount of money up front for a ex coke head

Arum must be sliping in his old age ..... what if fury goes on another two year bender

He would have to fight Joshua 3 times and wilder to make anywhere near 80 mil back
