that article specifically talks about multiple sources of income for the said purses. Joshua fans are the DAZN global platform. DAZN isn't a Yank company, and even so, what's the point of addressing multiple sources of income to justify the purse if you'd want fans to think that DAZN is paying for most of it?

Sure. But Hearn was already allocated a budget for his DAZN deal. Why would Hearn throw that much money for Miller? Is he ******** that the Miller fight is going to be that successful? Oh no wait, the article specifically states multiple sources that justify these EXPECTED purses.

Canelo doesn't need articles citing expectancy. He's making that bank guaranteed.

I don't think Hearn has as much power as you think. They let Whyte's last fight go to Showtime, i'm sure that was a DAZN decision not Hearn.

Whyte was definitely not happy about that.

But but what about the fans and what they built over the pond? Why do they have to come here, that is verbatim from AJ.

Whyte got a bigger profile on Showtime , Hearns buildings his profile for more Dazn subs when they fight.

You'll probably ignore it and repeat the same garbage in future. But oh well, you can try and educate the ******.
Thanks Robbie, you saved me the job of typing that out for the 100,000th time

But we weren't talking about that we were talking about AJ in the UK. He is the attraction in itself and doesn't necessarily need a dance partner.

Mayweather and Pacquiao weren't big names in the UK at the time of fighting Hatton and didn't bring in an extra 400k buys, AJ is a bigger name than they and Hatton were in the UK.

Miller, as perhaps the #5 HW in the world, who talks well and has appeared on Sky platforms numerous times and who is fighting in and from NY is a good enough sell.

No, AJ v Miller won't do close to numbers vs Fury, but I reckon it wouldn't be far off numbers vs Wilder.

This isn't Carlos Takam or Povetkin, it's UK vs US and it's AJ. It will do big numbers at 4am.

It remains to be seen if it does better than Hatton v May/Pac but I honestly wouldn't be surprised.

That's huge money compared to Wilder's guaranteed $4 mil in the Fury fight.
