Nope. Floyd already has a win over a top three P4P in the sport RIGHT NOW with Canelo, and that win looks better and better. Spence has a lot of work to do to get past Canelo. Spence would be a huge win though. Maybe even his best depending on how Spence turns out.

Exactly what pfp rankings are you talking about? Mayweather is retired and not on any current pfp rankings and the 40 year old Pacquiao is not on many top 10 best pfp lists either. If you are talking about some historical all time pfp list then who says Mayweather ranks higher than Pacquiao? Mayweather beat Pacquiao but Mayweather is a naturally heavier boxer and a full sized welterweight while Pacquiao could easily make 140 and probably 135. Pacquiao can't beat Spence now. If he did I doubt it would change how he rates compared to Mayweather. A Pacquiao win over Mayweather in a rematch would improve his pfp rating compared to Mayweather's pfp rating.
