    Former lightweight king Jorge "El Nio de Oro" Linares (45-4, 28 KOs) will continue his comeback trail when he challenges Pablo Cesar "El Demoledor" Cano (31-7-1, 21 KOs) for his WBC International Silver Super Lightweight Title in a 12-round battle on the undercard of the fight between Demetrius "Boo Boo" Andrade (26-0, 16 KOs) and Artur Akavov (19-2, 8 KOs). The event will take place on Friday, Jan. 18, 2019 at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden and will be streamed live on DAZN.

    Yup, Linares is correct... Cano has nothing to lose and the style that can complicate Jorge.

      Gonna be a good one. Hope all of this results in a rematch with Lomachenko at 140 some day. Linares gave him a good fight.

        Linares did great against Loma, definitely enough to warrant a rematch. IMO linares was up after he KD Loma, or at worst evened the score up. He got caught..happens.

                  Competitive throughout. Linares seemed to be coming on late n made Loma work for that. I was going hard for Jorge too, one of my favs which is why I wanna see a rematch lol but Loma pulled it off. Great win, great fight.
