Rumours that BT PPV only did 100k.

For comparison Hatton/Mayweather did 1.1m in UK and Khan v Maidana did 164k.

So this fight didn't even outsell Khan/Maidana. One of those guys don't even speak English.

100k UK PPV buys does very little for Wilder or Furys bargaining power for a fight against AJ in the UK.

      seems ok, not sure
For the US, it's very solid. Have to remember these PPVs are $75 over here. The line for "superstar" status is 1mm buys as only a handful of guys have ever had that level of drawing power. Only Canelo in North America atm..

What do you mean over $75?

It was $65 or $75 for HD?

325k ppv buys in the US is equivalent to 1.2m ppv buys in the UK

AJ has never sold a US PPV though... don't give me the UK PPV stuff because the UK puts on garbage fights like Brook/Gavin on PPV over there.

Canelo only drew those numbers with Chavez Jr., GGG and Floyd. Against the likes of Khan and Smith, he does around 300-600k PPVs.

The Khan/Maidana is interesting as Khan's first PPV against Prescott (who went on to do absolutely nothing!) lasted 54 seconds before Khan was knocked unconscious....there must be an awful lot suckers out there! Especially the one's who didn't buy the fight of the year and the best heavyweight fight for years last Saturday. But for sure they'll be back to see A.J. ice Whyte again quicker and more expensive for them.....lol.
