    Eddie Hearn, promoter for IBF, IBO, WBA, WBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, wants his fighter to collide with WBC champion Deontay Wilder in 2019. Joshua is scheduled to fight again on April 13th at Wembley Stadium in London and Wilder is the main target for the opponent. This past Saturday night at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Wilder fought to a controversial twelve round split draw with Tyson Fury.

    I think Wilder will go after AJ now. He’s probably thinking he can get the KO but he’ll probably weigh 147lb by April and have a broken leg

      he may do if u offer wilder 35 - 40% with good options, which u did not do previously, simple it seems to me

          Just in case anyone is confused, Hearn has no intention of Putting Joshua in against Wilder in April or any other time. Exception being if he sees Wilder's athleticism visibly slipping, then maybe in 2020 or later.

          He's seeing this as an opportunity to shut Wilder out after next April and paint it as his own decision. Meantime, he only has the April date to come up with a 'reason' Wilder can't be on that card (be it a lousy offer, blame the rematch or whatever other opportunity sounds best at the time).

                Fury has made Hearn look like a **** for the second time. He was saying for months that he didn't even believe Fury Wilder would happen, then when he realised it was, he was adamant that Fury would get KO'd.
                You can tell he's on the back foot after Saturday. I think they'd both beat Joshua, and suddenly he doesn't sound so sure of himself - 'maybe i'll be wrong again'.
                I watched most of Fury's career and wasn't convinced, but I learned after the Klitschko fight not to discount him, he's much, much better than he looks, and mentally he is a total winner. Fury does not turn up to lose, and when the pressures on, he raises his game.

                  The Wilder-Fury rematch can wait. One of the two needs to fight AJ in April, 2019 and I hope it is Wilder. However the only way AJ fights either of them is if Hearn makes a serious offer of perhaps 40% of the total purse). If Hearn does not do that in good faith then he is just blowing smoke.

                    Joshua is already fighting Dillan Whyte once he win his rematch fight. Hearn trying to spin it on Wilder knowing idiot fans of his will eat it up.
