False.

1: The Wlad that lost to Fury was basically prime, if not prime then not far removed - let's remember prime in boxing doesn't correlate with age, it's about the damage you've taken and how you've taken care of yourself.

2: Even if you could argue it wasn't prime Wlad, we already know stylistically he fought the same throughout, and his style is one that ages well, so that point is MOOT.

Fury ethers all HW past, present, future. From Johnson, to LaMotta, to Marciano, to Ali, to Liston to Holyfield, from Foreman to Frazier.

I wouldn't have called that Wlad "prime" per se but he definatley would have beaten himself from the Sam Peter fight and back

I'd say that was an 8/10 Wlad that Fury pretty much shut out

a 10/10 Wlad would be a bit trickier, with a little bit more speed, and fraction better reflexes but i still give fury a good chance to beat that version too.

every heavyweight champ in history has had some very hard nights against far worse fighters than AJ, Fury and Wilder.

They compete in any era.

Prime Wlad or Vitali shyts all over any current HW.

Except maybe a prime Fury. Problem is with a prime Wlad is he was like paint drying. Only thing Wlad’s title reign did was make me follow other divisions closer

As for Vitali. It’s the reason I like Hrgovic. He reminds me of a young Vitali, and if he has a chin I think he will be a top 5 HW maybe as soon as next year.

Miller and Joyce will also have impact , I can't see to many handling guys like them . I've never seen an era where it wasn't underrated. I'm sure even in the old days when Louis was champ people were going on how no one was Jack Dempsey, this sports fans just don't enjoy current eras it's the way it's always been, but not this fan.

I would disagree with that. Tyson was shot to shyt in the 90's. He beat up a bunch of bums and then was waxed by Holy and Lennox. Bowe was a one-hit wonder, same with Buster.

I would say Fury, Joshua, and Wilder have the chance to put up legacies as good as Lennox and Evander.

I think the likes of Fury, Wilder & Joshua would do well in any era. The size difference alone is a massive factor, these guys are giants.

I COncur to an extent. fury Ian always the dark horse because he isn’t a real puncher so not sure if his size advantage is as big a gain for him.

Wilder for sure has a chance against tyson holyfield etc.

Joshua I would like to see against Fury and usyk to see how he fairs against a boxer of different style but he looks to have combination of boxing ability and power punch which has been rarely seen at heavyweight.
