there's no lineal champion. it retired with fury, if you ever even consider him the champion [which i did, he beat klitschko and i had no idea he was on drugs.]

There’s no real governing body for lineal and to be honest Heavyweight is the only one people really trace back and care for.

Fury “retired” on drunken or drugged up twitter rants looking for attention but he never officially retired. It’s terrible that he didn’t fight for years, avoided the Klitschko re-match and failed tests and if it was a real belt he’d have been justifiably stripped but he’s still the lineal heavyweight champion for whatever it means and frankly he devalued it for sure but he’s still the man who beat the man until he loses or officially retires.
