It wasn't Soto Karrass.
But much props to Karrass for beating Berto though... I think that was the highlight of his career...
I think his point was the beating and stoppage... which was the worst beating Berto ever took. And don't forget, Soto-Karass drew first blood vs Thurman, even in losing.
You won't find many warriors like Soto-Karass. Always gave everything in the ring, no matter the outcome. Enjoy your retirement champ. You certainly earned it.

If you're a true boxing fan then you'd know Soto Karrass stopped and beat Berto in the final round...
So if that was all true then he would of taken Berto's "0" right???
So he's basically saying Soto Karrass took Berto's "0" which in fact he didn't.
And it was a nice win for Soto Karrass but it wasn't the worst beating Berto has ever taken...
The worse beating Berto has ever taken was when he fought The Ghost Guerrero. Both of Berto's eyes were swollen shut.
That night he got his ass beat!
