Arum let Lomachneko fight Linares who is arguably the best or second best guy at 135. Mikey didnt even want to fight Linares. And according again to all Mikey Garciafans and Lomachneko detractors Linares is a BUM.

It is an easy fight to make. The only dude who doesnt want the fight is Mikey. Robert, Lomachenko, and arum have all expressed interest to make the fight.
