Charr was supposed to be fighting Oquendo but got popped so the WBA made Miller v Oquendo... Oquendo then pulled out against Miller because there wasn't enough time for extensive testing for the date Miller had planned an i'm guessing Hearn had enough sway that he's got the WBA to take Oquendo out of the equation for now (considering he withdrew) to allow Miller to still fight for the WBA regular title on this date.

I'm guessing Miller is going to have to fight Oquendo after this one so Oquendo can finally get his shot... and Miller can continue his bum of the month tour whilst talking crap like he's an actual contender...

Boxing is in a real sorry state at times.

I don’t think wba have confirmed it’s for the belt yet but agree that it would make sense for wba and everyone for miller to fight for the title then defend it as mandatory in , say, February time. This then allows miller to go watch AJ at wembley (if it is Whyte) ready for a showdown in New York later in the year

Miller is just a joke .Dina Bogdan or what ever has not got ONE recognisable name on his record .He is being pushed against nobodies so that when Hearn has riddled out of fighting Wilder he keeps this big fat bloke unbeaten and he then fights Joshua after Whyte ( if he sc****s by Chisora again!)......PATHETIC.
