Is there anything HBO is talking about doing besides SuperFly IV?

Hell who's with HBO if Kov, Canelo & GGG are all free agents or w/e now?
If I was Lu DiBella or Greg Cohen or some of those other small promoters who put cards on ShoBox all the time id be tryin to get over to HBO asap.

I could see DAZN picking up GGG. I think Canelo & GGG being free agents at the same time when Hearn has a big pile of money makes him a favorite to sign at least one of them.

I can't see those guys from from a TV to a app. They can go to SHO and not be signed to PBC.
Of course GGG would more likely gp instead of Canelo/Oscar. Can't see Oscar goin to SHO even without PBC.

Hbo wouldn't take those cards because they want championship caliber cards for cheap prices which is why they invest in Superfly the Purses for the last event for all 3 fights was only around $600k

Canelo used to fight on Showtime so I don't see why not especially now that Showtime will have a huge budget

Can Showtime afford both of them?

I think Canelo is the guy more likely to end up on Showtime oddly enough. Idk if Showtime's relationship with Haymon is gonna be an issue for Oscar like you bring up doe. ESPN throwing some money at Oscar might be doable to or could just do ESPN PPV's for Canelo fights maybe idk & no regular ESPN deal.

Gonna be super interesting for me to see what these guys do after this fight regardless of who comes out on top.

Oscar weird as f#ck for a cat who was promoted as such a mainstream everyman done good. Every non-Hearn promoter don't seem to know wtf they are doing these days. Just shooting shots from half court & hoping it goes in.
Spending your entire pro career being the kid from East LA who won an Olympic gold medal, that Bob Arum was trying to spin into some Mexican hero and the successor to El Gran Campeon likely did more damage than we'll ever know.

                    Re

HBO will still keep chugging along, broadcasting fights featuring lesser
known guys, from Europe, Russia, Canada, etc.

I think his mom dying when he was still a kid effed him up. And his dad sounds like a mfer who probably didn't help make Oscar a well adjusted adult.
