This just goes to show you that in the heavies every fighter has the KO in them, .......

.......... and with Dereck (the punching bag) Chisora being the easiest fighter to hit in heavyweight history taking out Carlos (he's supposed to be a legitimate world class fighter) Takam in highlight fashion, this all has to reflect on AJ's resume poorly.

Great fight, and a good card all-around.
Chisora & Whyte, who are both considered 'medicore', defeated Anthony Joshua's two most recent opponents, and they each did it more emphatically than Joshua did. Unfortunately, Canadian Brandon Cook's fight was cancelled yesterday, but at least he got a London vacation out of it.

Great fight that, the whole card was fun.

You never know what you're going to get with Chisora, but when he fights like he did tonight and like he did against Whyte, you're in for a a fun night.

When he put his arms out on the ropes and beckoned Takam in (I think it was around the 6th) and immediately ate a big right hand, I thought that was it. But he came back really well.
          Great fight, well done Chisora

Gutted I missed this fight, sounds like it was a helluva fight. Always enjoy watching Del Boy bring it. Well past his prime he can still turn back the clock and crack some power shots while taking fire in return. I'd love to see him get a rematch with Whyte. Not sure Body Snatcher would take that fight unless there's alot of money at stake.

Yeah i agree the commentators they emply for there fight have to much personal interest involved to be fair and subjective.
Whyte should have been deducted points for some of his rough house tactics and as for that idiot adam smith...he has not one clu about boxing and his judgement when watching a fight is all over the show.
I did agree with froch that parker didnt seem to try enough though.
Boxnation i jsut cannot take that whiny voice from bunce and the slippers he wears with suit trousers....he is an idiot as well

People rattling on about Wilder and Joshua when neither of them fought tonight is what makes people hate the fanbases and the fighters. Just enjoy the fights that happened tonight ffs

I think Wilder’s a **** boxer, but in fairness, it’s very difficult to be a huge sporting draw in the U.S. It’s a country of 350 million people and it’s sporting market is highly, highly competitive where boxing is almost considered a niche activity these days when pitted against the might of the NFL, the NBA, MLB, even the NHL. And that’s not even including the college variants of the sports I’ve mentioned, UFC, NASCAR, etc, etc.

My point being that it’s probably easier to be a bigger draw in the UK.
But yeah, at least Chisora and Takam have tried to fight decent opponents.

Well said. Absolute nonsense from drama addicts not boxing fans.
